Experimenting with serverless WebRTC P2P aggregation of mobile/wearable data streams for Biomedical Informatics applications [paper under submission]. In this experiment we'll ask the willing to:
  1. Let this App link to your FitBit activity, heartrate data, age and gender. No identifying information will be shared and no data all at will be send to a server.
  2. If you shared your data in #1 you'll be able to see it in the context of those sharing it. If not, you can still see how the data shared by others looks like.
  3. Imagine how such a P2P aggregation schema creates a digital projection of wearable sensing data of a population; think of what other consumer-facing signals could be acquired (including genomics); and how researchers could insert analytics to uncover behaviour patterns, and recruit volunteers wanting to help find those associated with pathologies - we'll let you inject your code to test this. If something comes to mind, or if you see a glaring feature missing, please drop us a note (public).
